Is there a minimum purchase value to become a VENDOR?

You may invest a commercial equivalent of 5,000 MXN in Mexico (300 USD abroad), as well as a bimonthly investment of 2,500 MXN in Mexico (150 USD abroad).

Is there an extra bulk discount as a VENDOR?

The VENDOR’s pricing is the most preferential list and is the same for all  vendors

How to issue orders as a VENDOR?

Please register for your account here. After having your account confirmed, log in and you’ll be able to issue orders online. Add the selected articles to the shopping cart and finish your order. In less than 48 hours an executive will contact you to finish the order and let you know the payment options for VENDORS.

What if I introduced a wrong shipping address?

After finishing your order, you get around 2 hours to let us know the right shipping address. You can contact us on WhatsApp, telephone and email (contacto@estambreskarina.com.mx). Please indicate your order number and indicate the right data and address.

Please keep in mind that if the the order is already sent, it will be probably sent to the initial address, although we’ll do our best to let the carrier know the situation.

What if my purchase is a gift for someone else?

Once the purchase is finished, you have around 2 hours to let us know that you want something special inside for the present. You can contact us on WhatsApp, telephone and email (contacto@estambreskarina.com.mx).

Although, we do not gift-wrap the boxes.


How long does an online order take to be delivered?

Our deliveries take from 5 to 10 working days within Mexico. In some areas, the delivery time can be longer. For deliveries abroad, it can change depending on the location, country and the shipping method chosen by the client.

How can I track my order?

Your order can be sent through CARSSA, UPS, DHL, J&T and others.

Once you recieve the tracking number, you can check the status of the shipment on the carrier’s website.

If my order's have been marked as delivered but I didn't recieve it?

Your order will be delivered to any person that would be available to recieve it at the address you specified. The carriers could also leave the packages at the surveillance booths if its a condominum.

If you cannot find your package, please send us a WhatsApp, telephone or email (contacto@estambreskarina.com.mx) message specifying your order number, and the shipping information. We’ll try to solve the situation and find the package with the help of the carrier.

Shipping Costs

All the shipments can have a standard cost from 150 MXN within Mexico and 27 USD abroad.

The cost can vary depending on the season and valid promotions.

How much time do I have to ask for the fiscal invoice?

5 working days. Keep in mind that you’ll have to ask for the fiscal invoice before the last working day of the purchase month ends, given that no fiscal invoices can be issued in a month in which the purchase wasn’t made.
