Purchasing and Delivery Information

Once the order has been validated, the Customer will receive a notification including the confirmation and order number.

As soon as the package is shipped, the Customer will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation message with the tracking number. For any other follow-up information, the Customer can contact Estambres Karina or the carrier.

For the delivery process, the Customer or a co-resident may be present at the entrance of the delivery address. At receiving the package, the Customer or the co-resident may show a personal identification document, as well as sign a proof of delivery document given by the carrier personnel.

Delivery times and terms

The delivery is estimated to be made within the next 5 to 10 working days in Mexico, after the shipping confirmation message. For deliveries abroad, the term can vary depending on the carrier, the order size and the final destination of the package.

The deliveries are generally made from Monday to Friday during the working hours of 8 to 18, and Saturdays from 8 to 14 hours. Deliveries aren’t generally made during Sundays and holidays.

Non regular deliveries and orders out of the regular coverage areas

The shipping costs could also vary depending on the destiny, order size or weight, and shipping method chosen by the Customer that may be out the regular coverage area.

Estambres Karina does not take responsibility for non-regular deliveries requested by the Customer and the chosen carrier’s coverage policy.
